To enable buyers and recipients to easily discover suitable restaurants, a powerful restaurant search was developed. It takes both classic keywords and location-based search queries into account.

This allows participating businesses to be found specifically by location, region or individual interests. The search ensures that users quickly find the right restaurant and can redeem their voucher as easily and conveniently as possible.

Simple management with tailored processes

During implementation, great importance was placed on clear workflows and user-friendly management interfaces. In addition to central restaurant management, individually developed screens are available for further business processes.

This also includes the management of bonus credits, which buyers can collect with every order – similar to well-known points and loyalty programs in retail. Credits, bookings and changes are fully logged and remain transparent and traceable at all times.

In this way, the platform combines restaurant management, customer loyalty and bonus program in one central system while reducing administrative effort at the same time.

Secure and convenient purchase processing

For payment processing, Saferpay by Worldline was integrated directly into the shop system. This allows voucher orders to be paid for and processed securely, reliably and fully digitally.

The integration enables a seamless checkout process – from ordering and payment through to automated further processing in the voucher and management system. In this way, the platform combines e-commerce, online payment and voucher sales in one central, user-friendly process.

Optimized for mobile devices

The entire platform was implemented in responsive design and can be used just as conveniently on smartphones and tablets as on desktop. All functions, from restaurant search and voucher sales to management, are optimized for mobile devices.

This means users and operators benefit at all times from intuitive operation, fast loading times and a clear display – regardless of device or screen size.
