TKAMO Dog Sports Software

The TKAMO software is a central platform for managing dog sports athletes, dogs, tournaments, and official results. The system records and verifies competition data, checks class memberships, calculates qualification points, and reliably provides the official results.

The platform also offers athletes a personal dashboard for dog sports: view results for their own dogs, manage dates and tournaments via the agenda, and register directly for official competitions such as ASMV, the Swiss Championship, as well as World Championship and EO qualifications.

Everything digital and centrally available

Tournament and result data is transferred directly by organizers into the dog sports software and automatically assigned to the profiles of the athletes and dogs. Promotions and relegations are therefore immediately visible and can also be managed manually, provided the regulations allow it.

This ensures that results, rankings, and relevant sports data are always up to date, traceable, and centrally available.

Multiple dog sports disciplines, one central platform

The software enables the dog sports disciplines Agility, Obedience, and Mobility to be managed centrally. Organizers can independently create, edit, and organize tournaments.

Results can be imported directly from existing import format tournament software solutions. This efficiently consolidates event data, results, and athlete profiles in one central system.

Finances fully under control

In addition to sports management, the software also covers central financial and administrative processes. Invoices can be created directly in the system and automatically sent by email to athletes, organizers, or other recipients.

The dunning process is also fully integrated and supports the tracking of outstanding receivables. Incoming payments can be automatically imported via bank imports and assigned to the corresponding invoices. This brings billing, payment control, and administration together efficiently in a central dog sports software system and significantly reduces manual effort.

In use for over 10 years

The TKAMO software has been in productive use for more than ten years and has been continuously developed. In addition to managing athletes, dogs, tournaments, and results, the platform includes numerous additional functions – including course management, invitation management for the delegates' conference, and other administrative processes.

In 2023, the software was completely rebuilt from a technical perspective. This allowed the platform to be adapted to modern standards in the areas of performance, security, usability, and maintainability while also preparing it for future extensions.
