Software platform for all dog sports

Through our successful collaboration with TKAMO, TKGS, another section of the Swiss Cynological Society (SKG), also became aware of our solutions. Since the existing software could no longer be reliably maintained in the long term, the opportunity was taken to rethink the entire platform both technically and functionally.

The result is a modern, fully web-based dog sports software that centrally covers numerous sports and administrative processes. From the publication and management of competitions to integrated tournament software and course management, a wide variety of workflows are supported digitally.

In addition, more complex association processes such as incidents, warnings and suspensions can be centrally recorded, tracked and managed. This allows the platform to unite sport, administration and organization in a seamless system and provides a flexible digital foundation for the diverse requirements of Swiss dog sports.

Also optimized for athletes

Via a central login, dog sports athletes receive direct access to all relevant information and functions. They can view their results across classes, register for competitions and courses and independently record results from abroad.

Administrative topics are also fully integrated: invoices, payment status and personal data remain transparent and centrally available at all times. This creates a convenient self-service portal that brings together sport, organization and administration in one place.

Also reliable for offline use

The tournament software was developed specifically for use directly at the competition venue and also works reliably without a stable internet connection. It is available both as a web application and as standalone software, allowing it to be flexibly adapted to the organizer's respective infrastructure.

From timetables and schedules to score sheets and start lists through to rankings and results, the software covers all central processes of a dog sports tournament. This means events can be carried out efficiently, securely and fully digitally, even in remote locations.

Focus on data protection and compliance

The software was designed so that data protection, data security and traceable processes are taken into account from the outset. Personal data, competition results and administrative information are managed in a structured way and used only where they are required for the respective process.

At the same time, the platform supports the Swiss Olympic-compliant execution of competitions and digitally maps the necessary workflows. From participant and result data to official evaluations and documentation, the system ensures transparent, consistent and traceable processes.

This allows the solution to combine modern dog sports software with high standards for data protection, security and professional competition organization.
